Perhaps not "kleine" but this is Tallis's Spem In Allium for 40 voices.

Tallis is not usually a composer that sets me on fire so to speak, but this is possibly one of the most, if not the most beautiful peace ever composed. The soprano line is utterly gorgeous, and those brief moments of unison are glorious. No other word for it.
